Delivery Information.
All goods will require a signature on receipt of delivery and you are required to check the goods yourself at the time of delivery. Your signature on the delivery note will mean that the goods have been received in good condition. No claim can be accepted once the goods have been signed for in good condition. We do not accept goods being signed for 'unchecked' or 'not inspected' etc. All goods are despatched in perfect condition and should be received in the same condition but if they are not they should be refused at the time of delivery and handed back to the courier. If someone is to sign for the goods on your behalf you are still responsible for the delivery and the goods must be checked in the same manner as if you were receiving the goods yourself. You must inform us of any specific delivery instructions as deliveries are made during working hours and a charge is payable for failed deliveries. We cannot accept any claim whatsoever under any circumstance if the goods are not checked at the time of the delivery and the courier has not been informed. In the event that goods are damaged written confirmation from the courier must be obtained at the time of delivery. If you require goods to be delivered to a different address other than your home ie work or next door neighbour, please let us know at the time the order is placed. We tend to use Parcel Force, TNT, ANC or an International Carrier. If you are not in when they call then they will leave a card detailing how to arrange receipt of your goods. Lighting items that require the Special Courier Service will only be despatched if someone is at the destination address to take delivery and no goods will be left unsigned for.
Channel Islands
Delivery is normally 3-5 days from date of despatch. We use the most appropriate delivery method to the Channel Islands and delivery is FREE on orders over £1000.00. The only exception to this rule relates to the few lighting items that require a Special Courier Service in which case we will advise you of the cost. This applies to any destination. We have enabled our shopping cart to take your order the same as any mainland UK destination but please note a delivery charge will be payable if the order is less than £1000.00. The delivery charge will normally range between £4.95 and £35.00 depending on what is ordered. All orders will be classed as exempt Value Added Tax (VAT).
Northern Ireland

Overseas Sales.
For overseas deliveries we will use the most appropiate delivery method. There is a table rate for shipping to Europe, USA, Canada and the Rest of World however if your order is quite heavy we will contact you prior to despatching the goods to confirm the surcharge. Airmail deliveries will require a surchage and we will contact you prior to despatch. All prices exclude Value Added Tax (VAT) which applies to all EU countries. For countries outside the scope of VAT, we will deduct the cost of the VAT before charging your credit card. You may be liable for taxes within your own country.

Returns Policy.
We have a simple returns policy which means if you are unhappy with any ironmongery item, it can be returned for an exchange or full refund of the price of the item within 7 days. If it is a lighting item which has been made to order we are unable to accept returns. All Tuscanor Heritage lighting products are made to order and are non-returnable. All light shades are made to order and are non-returnable. The item must be returned in an unworn/unused condition, complete with tags attached and in original packaging. Postage costs are not refundable unless the return is a result of our error. Then we will be happy to refund the delivery charge. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking charge. Returned goods should be sent by recorded delivery as we are not liable for any items lost in the post. All trade customer orders are subject to a standard 20% restocking charge and postage chagres are not refunded. Under the Consumers Protection (Distance Selling) Regulation 2000 Clause 13(i)(C), you do NOT have the right to cancel any order once a binding legal contract is in place (this we deem to be when an order is received and payment is made) or return the goods other than if delivered damaged or incorrectly. This is because goods ordered are made to customer specification. In the unlikely event that goods arrive faulty, damaged in transit, or of incorrect design, please inform us within 48 hours so that we can replace or repair the goods in accordance with your statutory rights. We must be informed in writing (email or fax) before goods are returned. We should also be informed prior to return as we may be able to mitigate the cost of postage and offer a cheaper service than you can obtain. Please re-pack in the original packing any faulty, damaged or incorrect goods and return by post to the address below. We will refund the cost of postage incurred & re-supply the goods correctly.
